New Telephone System

Our new telephone system is now up and running, please be patient with our Reception team whilst they work their way through the calls. The new system has a callback functionality to avoid waiting for extended periods of time. Patients can request a callback and retain their place in the queue until the call is ready to be answered. Patients will retain this place if they miss the call for 24 hours.
